If it is positively diagnosed then change your lifestyle and maintain your weight by exercising regularly, eat healthy food, avoid
overdrinking of alcohol and quit smoking. This will reduce the risks of getting a breast cancer.

Sometimes there is a protuberance in the breast, which is hard and painless with uneven edges but sometimes it may be tender,
round and soft to touch. It is better to have it diagonised by your doctor. Some of the symptoms also include:
• Swelling of the breast
• Breast pain
• Nipple pain
• Skin irritation
• Thickening of nipple
• Nipple discharging a white liquid
• A lump in your underarms

This change may be due to a cyst, which is not dangerous, so get it diagnosed promptly. It is natural to have a panic but don’t avoid
seeing your doctor because of the fear of getting a diagnosis of breast cancer.
